Having never owned a house before, the idea of the homebuying process seemed very daunting, complex, and overwhelming. However, after my initial meeting with Marie Craddock, she helped calm my nerves and made the prospect of finding and owning a home exciting. She really helped breakdown the different facets of the homebuying process and answered all of my questions, without any judgement or making me feel self-conscious. We went over the features I wanted in a house and curated essential criteria for what I was looking for. I felt confident leaving that meeting and I knew I was in good hands with Marie. In less than a week after our first meeting, we visited my first house and I fell in love with the property. All of my dealbreakers were met and it checked all the major boxes I wanted in a house. The sellers were accepting last offers that afternoon, so with a quick turnaround, Marie advised a strategy for my offer while factoring in my budget and high interest level. The sellers accepted my offer and we started preparing for closing. Marie was extremely organized, making sure all deadlines were met, inspections were scheduled/followed up, and provided me the most up-to-date information throughout. She provided all necessary documents for my records and was available any time I reached out with a question. Due to factors out of anyone's control, I had to change loan types with less than a week before closing. Marie was phenomenal at helping me navigate this changeup and she helped tremendously with my loan officer. Also, she spoke with the sellers and I was able to get sellers assistance to help offset the new payment difference. I couldn't believe it! I was so fortunate to have Marie as my relator and I couldn't be happier with my new home! I am beyond excited to start this new chapter in my life and it wouldn't have been possible without Marie! I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She did an outstanding job!

My fiance and I had the most amazing first home-buying experience with Marie Craddock. She was extremely patient with us throughout the entire process, she explained everything clearly and never made us feel like we were asking stupid questions. Marie was outstanding in the process of helping me buy my home. Marie did a fantastic job getting my house sold. She held several open houses and was very timely, (typically got back to me same day) when I had question and concerns. Marie was such a wonderful realtor to work with. The housing market is tough right now, but with her by our side house hunting was fun and full of lots of laughs. She kept us positive through some tough losses (houses we loved but lost to all cash offers that we could not compete with). We ended up with the home of our dreams and could not ask for a better realtor. Marie was flexible and on top of everything throughout the entire process! Marie was an outstanding help in finding the right home for me. I used online searches to find properties, and she coordinated everything to make walk-throughs very convenient to my schedule. She was always on time. In the end, we missed putting in an offer on a house I wanted by one day, no fault of hers. However, Marie found a *better* house on the same street that wasn't listed in MLS yet. I was able to make an offer before anyone else, and am very happy with the purchase.
